LUMINARY LAB: A LEADERSHIP MASTERMIND

It can be a scary time to be a man these days. Owning our self-mastery is not welcomed. We are punished for showing up confidently in the world. We are ostracized for stepping up and being a voice of any kind. Men are bullied, ridiculed, shamed, and slandered for just wanting to start a dialogue.

It’s becoming safer to keep quiet. Some men are resigning to a space where they can just conform, at the expense of finding what it means to be their true authentic self.

The social constructs our parents taught us to rely on have failed us one way or another, leaving us on a search for entities that will lead us into our highest sense of purpose.

1. How do we find balance? 
2. Where is it safe to express our thoughts, build more confidence, and connect deeper with our power? 
3. Who can we trust? 
4. What truly feels safe?

Have you ever experienced any of this?

The harsh reality is that trust is an illusion. No one is the same person tomorrow that they were today. We have no control over anyone or anything. Opposition will not magically disappear and create an end to all the conflict we face in our lives.

However, we do have the power to change how we perceive what is happening to us, and use that information to move about more effectively in this world. And trust can only happen within.

With practice, we can learn to Trust:

• our own instincts
• our own commitment
• our own ability to show up

When we begin to trust ourselves, we begin to connect with what safety looks like for us.

So how do we build trust within ourselves?

This lab IS FOR men who are

• Aware of their energy
• Constantly tracking how they want to show up, and who they choose to become today
• In tune with the power of vulnerability
• Constantly shedding & stripping away habits/beliefs/baggage that no longer serve the purpose of their life journey
• Excited to expand beyond their limits

This lab is NOT FOR the men who:

• dabble
• choose to sit on the benches
• choose to be victims of circumstance
• blame others for their current plight
• merely speak of living, and have not the courage to truly live
